Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES for ONLINE PURCHASES

We at Tuscany & Yorke Home, want to work with you if you are not happy with your items.

We can offer you either an exchange or store credit, based on the circumstances of your purchase order. Refunds will be made for online, faulty or damaged purchases only. We will honor the obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Store credit - valid for 12 months.

  • 14 day return + exchange period from purchase date.

  • All items returned must be in original condition, including original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided - receipt or invoice.
